Keder Textile is the ideal solution for eye-catching motifs in textile and LED frames. The tensioned textile with surrounding flat piping can be quickly installed, easily replaced, and has a wrinkle-free, high-quality appearance. Whether in shopfitting, at trade fairs, in showrooms, or in the restaurant industry – with Keder cloths, you can showcase motifs flexibly and professionally.

Material variants – 8 keder fabrics to choose from
Keder Textile is available in eight polyester fabrics: Dekostoff, Decotex, Structex, Samba Backlit, Velours, Blackback ReNew∞, Blackback Soft, and Blackback XL. All variants (with the exception of Velours) are available with B1 certification and are therefore suitable for use in public areas. Backlit and Blockout textiles are available in black.
Backlit and blockout textiles
Backlit fabrics such as Samba Backlit are suitable for LED frames. They ensure even light distribution and bright, brilliant motifs. Blockout materials such as the Blackback variants prevent sunlight or artificial light from shining through, so that your motif remains clear and high-contrast even in strong light sources.
More sustainable blockout solution: Blackback ReNew∞
Blackback ReNew∞ is a blocking keder fabric that has been specially developed for more sustainable applications. The material is 100% recyclable and contains proportions of production residues and previously used textiles. The combination of black and white yarns ensures that the fabric remains light-blocking, even without a classic PU coating.
Classic for textile frames: decorative fabric
Decorative fabric is the most commonly used material for keder fabrics. The matte, white surface and sublimation printing ensure vibrant colors that penetrate deep into the fabric. The material is washable, ironable, and smooths out wrinkles on its own after a short period of tension—ideal for frequently changing motifs and long-term use.
Easy handling & installation
Each keder textile is fitted with a flat silicone keder all around. This allows the fabric to be tensioned neatly in the frame and quickly replaced if necessary. The keder fabrics fit standard textile and LED frames – whether mounted on the wall, free-standing, or on the ceiling.
Installation with E-Lock Tool
For convenient installation, especially with larger formats, a plastic E-Lock tool can be used. This allows you to guide the piping into the groove of the frame in a controlled manner without damaging the material – for a cleanly tensioned, wrinkle-free result.
Finishing & file structure
Depending on the application, different finishes such as hems, tunnels, or special piping solutions are used. Allow for a safety margin of approx. 3 cm, within which no important design elements should be placed. Due to the elasticity of the fabric, slight deformations may occur in the frame – an additional margin of approx. 2 cm all around is recommended.
