Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR to fulfill legal obligations
Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR to protect legitimate interests, e.g. IT security, website optimization or customer service

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data will only be shared in accordance with legal requirements and to the extent necessary for contract processing. This includes, in particular:

We use the following service providers for payment processing in our online shop:

Payments via PayPal are processed through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Data is transmitted exclusively for payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Shopify Payments
We process other payment methods (e.g., credit card, Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay) via Shopify Payments from, provided by Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

6. Klarna via Shopify Payments

Choose one of Klarna The payment method offered (e.g., invoice, installment purchase) is processed via Shopify Payments in cooperation with the Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

7. Graphic design services

The creation of print templates and graphic content is done completely internally through our in-house graphics department. In doing so, we only process the personal data necessary for implementation (e.g. contact details, files, motive information).

8.Storage duration

We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by law. Generally, the retention period for contract data is up to 5 years, but in special cases (e.g., legal claims) it can be up to 30 years.

When you visit our website, technical data such as IP address, browser type or operating system are automatically stored in so-called Server log files recorded.
