Advertising & Displays Werbecenter-Berlin GmbH, Sophie-Charlotten-Str. 92, 14059 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Werbecenter-Berlin GmbH"), is the operator of the online shop and is responsible for the collection,

processing, and use of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Below, we provide information about how we process your data, for what purposes this is done, and what rights you have.

1. What is personal data?

Personal data is any information relating to an identifiable natural person—e.g., name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and data on the use of our website, such as device information, location data, or usage behavior.

3. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

We process your personal data in accordance with:

  • Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract processing and implementation of pre-contractual measures
  • Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR for the fulfillment of legal obligations
  • Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the protection of legitimate interests, e.g., IT security, website optimization, or customer service

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data will only be disclosed within the framework of legal requirements and to the extent necessary for contract processing. This includes in particular:

  • Shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, and contracted freight forwarders, to whom we transmit your delivery address for the delivery of goods
  • Payment providers (see point 5) for processing your payment
  • IT and hosting service providers who support us in operating and maintaining the website
  • Tax advisors or authorities, if there are legal obligations

The transfer of data is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) or (c) GDPR and only to the extent necessary.

5. Payment service providers

We use the following service providers to process payments in our online shop:

PayPal
Payments via PayPal are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Data is transferred exclusively for payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Shopify Payments We process
other payment methods (e.g., credit card, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay) via Shopify Payments, provided by Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

6. Klarna via Shopify Payments

If you choose a payment method offered by Klarna (e.g., invoice, installment purchase), the transaction will be processed via Shopify Payments in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

7. Graphic design services

The creation of print templates and graphic content is carried out entirely in-house by our in-house graphics department. In doing so, we only process the personal data necessary for implementation (e.g., contact details, files, motif information).

8. Storage period

We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes or as long as there are legal retention obligations. As a rule, the retention period for contract data is up to 5 years, in special cases (e.g., legal claims) up to 30 years.

9. Website visits and cookies

When you visit our website, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, or operating system is automatically recorded in so-called server log files.

We also use cookies for the technical provision and optimization of our online offering. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

You can deactivate cookies via your browser settings. Please note that some functions may then be restricted.

10. YouTube videos

11. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, USA, to analyze and optimize our website. Cookies are used for this purpose. The IP address is anonymized (IP masking).

12. Google Maps
