How does the online designer work?
Briefly: Select product -> Add images or texts -> Check design -> Add to cart
The online designer offers the possibility to create a print motif without your own software or knowledge.
For some products, you can make a selection on the product page (e.g., material), while for others you can open the online designer directly by clicking the "Design Now" button.
The online designer offers the possibility to create a print motif without your own software or knowledge.
You can customize your template (e.g., size) and fill it with all available elements: uploading your own images, using our gallery for free, adding texts. Each element offers additional functions such as fonts, scaling, effects, and filters. When you are satisfied with your design, click on "Add to cart" and you will be redirected to the shop.
How do I upload my own image or logo?
Click on the menu field "Uploads" and then on "Upload". Now you can upload images or files from your device, your cloud, or camera (depending on your device) into the designer and use them for your design.
Can I order multiple designs at the same time?
A design must be created for each motif and size. The number of versions can be adjusted in the shopping cart. For another motif, start over with the product. Your previous design is in the shopping cart.
What file formats can I use?
Possible file formats that can be uploaded and used in the online designer: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS.
What does the image quality warning mean?
The warning refers to the area in relation to the total area. If there is a warning, your image / file may appear pixelated.
We recommend using only original files and avoiding screenshots. Files sent via messaging services such as WhatsApp are forwarded by the service at a lower resolution by default.
Do the colors in the preview match the final print?
No. Screens display colors in a different spectrum than print (CMYK). These may appear different on screen when designing and will be converted accordingly later in print.
If exact color reproduction is essential, we recommend selecting the product with an upload center for print-ready files in our shop.
Can I upload my print-ready file?
You are also welcome to upload your finished print motif from our online designer without any further additions.
Please note that through the upload, colors and profiles will be converted. Cut contours and marks will not be adopted in a print-compliant manner.

Notes and markings in the template
As a reminder, some products include notes (e.g., on the placement of texts) and markings (e.g., placeholders for eyelets). These will not be printed and are not part of your design. Hint texts can be removed via the "delete symbol" (red trash can).
Do I have to use the entire area?
The template is the area of the print motif. Free, undesigned areas are white. These areas remain unprinted and the original printing material is visible.
Can I order the same design in multiple sizes?
No, a separate design is required for each size and motif. You can add one design to the shopping cart and create more. If needed, the number of copies can be changed (e.g., motif should be printed 3x = 3 roll-ups with this motif).
Can I order several different motifs?
Yes, you can create multiple motifs for one product. To do this, place your finished design in the shopping cart and start designing your new motif on the product page.
Can I see the preview of my design?
Yes, a preview is provided in the shopping cart.
Even during the design process, you can click on "Preview" at the bottom right to display a preview.
Will my design be checked again before printing?
You can view and check a preview before completion. Then you can grant print approval and add your design to the shopping cart.
We recommend thoroughly checking the spelling and positioning of elements, especially at the edges.
No re-examination will take place on our part.
Can I save my design and continue later?
You can use the "Save" button at the bottom right. Important: Please note that this is a temporary save and you cannot access the saved design if you switch browsers/devices, cookies expire, or you clear your cache.

Größe, Position und Druckfläche
Was bedeutet die eingezeichnete Gestaltungsfläche?
