We process your personal data in accordance with:

• Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR for contract processing and implementation of pre-contractual measures
• Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c GDPR for the fulfillment of legal obligations
• Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR for the purposes of legitimate interests, e.g. IT security, website optimization or customer service.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data will only be shared in accordance with legal requirements and to the extent necessary for contract processing. This includes, in particular:

• Shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, and contracted freight forwarders, to whom we transmit your delivery address for the delivery of the goods
• Payment providers (see point 5) for processing your payment
• IT and hosting service providers who support us in the operation and maintenance of the website
• Tax advisors or authorities, provided there are legal obligations.

5. Payment service providers

We use the following service providers for payment processing in our online shop:

PayPal
Payments via PayPal are processed through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. , 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Data is transmitted exclusively for payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Shopify Payments
Other payment methods (e.g. credit card, Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay) are processed via Shopify Payments, provided by Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

6. Klarna via Shopify Payments

If you choose a payment method offered by Klarna (e.g. invoice, installment purchase), the transaction will be processed via Shopify Payments in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

7. Graphic design services

The creation of print templates and graphic content is done entirely in-house by our in-house graphics department. We only process the personal data necessary for implementation (e.g., contact details, files, design information).

8. Storage duration

We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes or as required by law.As a rule, the retention period for contract data is up to 5 years, in special cases (e.g., legal claims) up to 30 years.

9. Website visit and cookies

When you visit our website, technical data such as IP address, browser type or operating system are automatically recorded in so-called server log files.

We also use cookies for the technical provision and optimization of our online services. This processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
