4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data is only passed on within the framework of legal requirements and insofar as this is necessary for contract processing. This includes in particular:

• Shipping service providers such as DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, and commissioned freight forwarders to whom we transmit your delivery address for the delivery of goods

Payments via PayPal are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Data is transmitted exclusively for payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Shopify Payments
Other payment methods (e.g., credit card, Klarna, Sofort, Apple Pay) are processed via Shopify Payments, provided by Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

6. Klarna via Shopify Payments

If you choose a payment method offered by Klarna (e.g., invoice, installment purchase), processing takes place via Shopify Payments in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.

7. Graphic Services

The creation of print templates and graphic content is carried out entirely internally by our in-house graphics department. In doing so, we only process the personal data necessary for implementation (e.g., contact details, files, motif specifications).

8. Storage Duration

We store personal data only as long as is necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention periods exist. As a rule, the retention period for contract data is up to 5 years, and in special cases (e.g., for legal claims) up to 30 years.

9. Website Visit and Cookies

When you visit our website, technical data such as IP address, browser type, or operating system are automatically recorded in so-called server log files.

In addition, we use cookies for the technical provision and optimization of our online offering. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
