Delivery area
We deliver within Germany and to many European countries. You can find an overview of the countries we deliver to at checkout or on the shipping page.
Shipping service providers
Depending on the product size and order quantity, shipping is carried out by DHL, UPS, DPD, Hermes, a freight forwarder, or other suitable logistics partners.
Shipping
The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and depend on the destination country, size, and weight of your order.
Delivery
The delivery time is usually:
- 1–5 business days within Germany
- 1–7 business days to other European countries
For custom-designed products, the delivery time begins after production approval and receipt of payment. In individual cases, delivery times may vary. These will be communicated in the shop.
Shipping risk
The shipping risk is transferred to the buyer upon handover to the shipping company, to the extent permitted by law.
For consumers, the transfer of risk only takes place upon handover of the goods.

Payment must be made in advance. Shipping will take place after receipt of payment has been confirmed.
