Shipping Information


Pickup

The date of dispatch handoff corresponds to the date on which the order is ready for pickup. Generally, orders with the "Pickup" option are completed by the afternoon. You will receive a notification as soon as this is possible.

Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany as well as to many European countries. An overview of the countries supplied can be found in the checkout or on the shipping page.


Shipping Service Providers

Depending on product size and order quantity, shipping is carried out via DHL, UPS, DPD, Hermes, freight forwarder, or other suitable logistics partners.


Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and depend on the destination region, size, and weight of your order.


Delivery Time

The delivery time is typically:

  • 1–5 business days within Germany
  • 1–7 business days to other European countries

For individually designed products, the delivery time begins after production approval and receipt of payment. In individual cases, differing delivery times may occur. These will be communicated in the shop.


Courier

Delivery takes place on the shipping date during the course of the day from Monday to Friday. For specific deliveries, we ask for timely coordination. 

We commission external courier services. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier. Alternatively, you can commission your own company and have your order picked up. 



Shipping Risk

The shipping risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping company – to the extent permitted by law.
For consumers, the transfer of risk only occurs upon handover of the goods.

Payment is made exclusively in advance. Shipping takes place after confirmed receipt of payment.
