Right of return

Returns & Refunds

Advertising & Displays Werbecenter-Berlin GmbH, operator of the online shop www.werbecenter-berlin.de, hereby informs you of the conditions for returns for consumers.

1. Exceptions to the Right of Return

A return is excluded for:

• Items that have been specially manufactured or personalized for you
• Sealed goods whose seal was removed after delivery and which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons
• Orders placed by commercial customers (no statutory right of return)

2. Return period

As a consumer (private customer), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating any reason.

3. Before returning

Please notify us of your return briefly in writing – by email or by mail:

This allows us to better assign and process your return.

4. Return shipment and costs

The return shipment is at the buyer's own expense and risk.
We do not provide a return label.

Please return the goods in full and, if possible, in the original packaging to the address mentioned above.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within 2 working days using the same payment method you used for the order.
