You have an idea, but no print-ready data?
No problem – our graphic design service will support you quickly, reliably and in a production-ready manner in the implementation of your ordered print products.

Whether it's simple typesetting, layout adjustments, or the clean preparation of your content – ​​we ensure that your print data is technically correct and ready for production.

We would be happy to provide you with a preliminary, non-binding estimate of the expected design effort and the resulting costs.

To enable us to realistically assess the effort and calculate the costs, please send us the following information to daten@werbecenter-berlin.de

  • the desired product from our shop
  • a template or sketch (e.g., a Word file) showing the desired arrangement and design
  • Your texts (as a Word file or via email)
  • Information on font types and font colors (preferably with color code)
  • Desired background and design colors
  • Logos/graphics – ideally as vector data (SVG, EPS, AI or print-ready PDF)
  • Images of sufficient print quality (please no compressed WhatsApp images, but the original files in the highest possible resolution)
  • Your desired delivery date, the latest date by which the finished product should arrive at your location.

 

Sequence & Cost

After reviewing your request and the data you provided, you will receive an estimate of the expected processing effort and the associated costs.

We will send you a link to our graphic design service article. There you can select the appropriate processing time and complete your order, including your desired printed product, directly through our online shop.

The design process only begins after an order has been placed through the shop.

Included in the price is a correction loop. We charge for further adjustments fairly according to the effort involved (e.g. in 15-30 minute units).

Please note:
The start of production and the handover of the shipment will be delayed depending on the data delivery, coordination and approval.

Once completed, you will receive your print data as a print-ready PDF.

  

 

Logo replica

Replicating or vectorizing simple logos is generally possible, provided a sufficiently high-quality template is available.
The effort required depends on the complexity and quality of the delivered file and is calculated individually.

Please note that we only process logos for which you own the corresponding usage rights.

  • Proofreading the supplied texts
  • Image research or image licensing
  • Design based on comprehensive corporate design manuals
  • Development of complete design concepts
  • A complete logo redesign or the development of logos without a template
