1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking on the order button, you are placing a binding order. Confirmation of receipt is sent automatically by email and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods.
3. Customized products
Most of our products are customized according to customer specifications.
Please check your details (print data, motifs, texts) carefully before submitting your order.
In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of revocation or return for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory value added tax.
Payments can be made via Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, Klarna, Sofort, Apple Pay) and PayPal.
Payment is made in advance. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery and shipping
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer. We deliver within Germany and to selected international countries. The available countries can be viewed in the shop.
Depending on the product size and order quantity, shipping is carried out by UPS, DHL, freight forwarders, or other suitable service providers.
Delivery times depend on the product and are specified in the shop. We will notify you separately of any delays in the case of custom-made products.
6. Shipping costs and transfer of risk
Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
For businesses, the transfer of risk takes place when the goods are handed over to the shipping company.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal

Personalized products or other cases excluded by law are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the case of printed products and custom-made items, deviations due to production techniques (e.g., color, cut) are possible and are not considered defects.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Otherwise, liability for simple negligence is excluded.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
11. Responsibility for content
Customers who transmit or upload their own content (e.g., images, texts, logos, or print data) warrant that they own all necessary copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of use.
The customer indemnifies Advertising & Displays Werbecenter-Berlin GmbH against all third-party claims that may arise from the unlawful use of this content.
We reserve the right to refuse orders with illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content.
12. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
All contracts are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
13. Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
