Shipping information
Delivery area
We deliver within Germany and to many European countries. You can find an overview of the countries we deliver to at checkout or on the shipping page.
Enter your delivery address and you will be shown all available options and estimated delivery times; express shipping is also available depending on the product.
Shipping service provider
Shipping depends on product size and order quantity and is carried out by DHL, UPS, DPD, Hermes, freight forwarding or other suitable logistics partners.
Shipping costs
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and depend on the destination region, the size and weight of your order.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually:
- 1–5 working days within Germany
- 1–7 working days to other European countries
For custom-made products, the delivery time begins after production approval and receipt of payment. In individual cases, delivery times may vary. These will be communicated in the shop.
courier & Collection
We do not currently offer these options.
Shipping risk
The shipping risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping company, insofar as this is legally permissible.
For consumers, the risk only passes to them upon delivery of the goods.

Encrypted payment processing with the following options:

The invoice
This payment method is exclusively available to government agencies, public institutions, and municipal authorities. After successful verification of your information, we will conveniently invoice you.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date – without deduction.
The testing period may delay the start of production accordingly.
The payment is made exclusively in advance. Shipping will take place after confirmed receipt of payment or approval.

Our production hall and administration are located in Berlin Charlottenburg, on the GSG premises in the Sophie-Charlotten-Str. 92, 14059 Berlin.
The GSG site is the red brick building; we are in the third courtyard, on the right-hand side, building FH. The entrance is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
Directly opposite the entrance you will find our customer parking spaces, which you can use free of charge.
Opening hours
We are available on-site from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
