Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany as well as to many European countries. An overview of the countries we ship to can be found during checkout or on the shipping page.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on product size and order quantity, shipping is carried out via DHL, UPS, DPD, Hermes, freight forwarding, or other suitable logistics partners.

Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and depend on the destination country, the size, and the weight of your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is generally:

• 2–5 working days within Germany
• 5–10 working days to other European countries

For custom-designed products, the delivery period begins after production approval and receipt of payment. In individual cases, delivery times may vary. These will be communicated in the shop.

Shipping Risk

To the extent permitted by law, the shipping risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping company.
For consumers, the transfer of risk only occurs upon handover of the goods.
