Die-cut labels are ideal for products with a clear brand message and are often used in larger production quantities. They are available in quantities of 10,000 or more and offer a clean, machine-processable solution for professional labeling.

Optimized for labeling machines

The labels are specially designed for use in labeling machines. Unlike laser cutting, die cutting does not produce burnt edges or adhesive residues that could contaminate or damage the machines. The shapes are precisely die cut using a custom-made die under air pressure.

Pin-sharp printing with LEP technology

Printing is carried out on HP Indigo systems using LEP (Liquid Electrophotographic Printing) technology. Extremely fine ink particles create razor-sharp contours and an even gloss – ideal for high-quality product presentations.

Material selection

Several materials are available for different applications:

• Self-adhesive matte paper
• Glossy paper
• White foil
• Glossy film

Production & processing

The labels are supplied on rolls and produced using the kiss-cut process. This involves cutting the material down to the backing layer so that the labels can be easily removed. Information on the direction of travel of the rolls is also available.
