Bubble Free air channel adhesive film – simple, bubble-free application

The "Bubble Free" air channel adhesive film makes it much easier to apply large-format films. Thanks to the integrated air channels, the film can be applied dry without air bubbles forming. The air can escape easily during lamination, resulting in a clean and even surface.

Ideal for temporary advertising applications

The monomeric film is particularly suitable for short-term use and can be removed without leaving any residue after use. It is flexible in its application – both for indoor use and for temporary outdoor campaigns.

Ideal for temporary advertising applications

The "Bubble Free" film offers a straightforward solution for large-format advertising spaces, promotions, and decorative applications.

Technical details
Application:	Outdoor and indoor areas
Print medium:	Calendered 100µ PVC film with removable, gray-colored polyacrylate adhesive and air channel structure. Optionally with 70µ protective laminate matt or glossy.
Special feature:	Quick and easy bonding thanks to air channel structure.
Durability:	Indoors: Up to 3 years. Outdoors: Depending on sunlight exposure and installation location, maximum 2 years. In extreme cases 1 year, e.g. when mounted flat on a roof.
Assembly:	Can be used on flat, smooth surfaces. We recommend (not binding) bonding by specialist personnel and partial foiling up to max. 50% of the glass surface. Full bonding on laminated glass must not be carried out, as this can lead to glass breakage. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Care:	Can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth without detergent.
Cutting area:	For large, divided motifs, the individual parts are produced with a 5mm overlap so that a possible double cut is possible for attachment. IMPORTANT If you require the division at a specific point, please create the data in individual segments with a 5mm overlap at the interfaces and an additional 3mm bleed around the edges. If we do not receive any other information from you, we will automatically divide the film according to the optimum separation. Delivery is made in individual parts with a standard 5mm overlap. Data with a contour cut that exceeds the maximum width must already be split by you with bleed and overlap.
