Right of Withdrawal

Advertising & Displays Werbecenter-Berlin GmbH, operator of the online shop www.werbecenter-berlin.de, Sophie-Charlotten-Str. 92, 14059 Berlin, hereby informs you of your statutory right of withdrawal.

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to your independent professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you – who is not the carrier – took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you – including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) – immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is the earlier point in time.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• (a) for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• (b) for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• (c) for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
• (d) for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• (e) for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
• (f) for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery;
• (g) for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
